该设备用于测量透明材料的透光率及反射率，且可实现多角度测量，通过测量光束通过样品前后的光谱能量分布变化情况，得到样品在不同波长下的透光率，并进一步以此数据判断被测样品透光率是否合格。

This tester is used to measure the light transmittance of transparent materials. It measures the difference in spectral energy distributions before and after the beam passes through the sample, and then compares the two to get the transmittance of the sample at different wavelengths.
